Friends

One of Everett's new, favorite phrases is "more friends."  We have been blessed to see so many people we love this summer and every time someone leaves he always asks for "more [time with] friends." Before we left on our big road trip we had quite a surprise! One of our close friends from Korea, Joe, flew to KC to hang out with us!  We would regularly eat meals and share life with Joe while we lived in Korea and we just picked up right where we left off here in KC.  We had about one full day to show him the best of what KC has to offer.  For dinner we had another special treat, the Ward family (another close family from Korea), drove in from Tennessee and shared a meal with us.   We ate KC BBQ out on our back deck and enjoyed some quality time together.  It was awesome.
