This past weekend our friends,
Andy and Lindsey from the other side of Korea, came to visit us. We always love spending time with them, and due to our overworked schedules we don't spend as much time with them as we'd like! But we were blessed to have them stay with us in Suwon. While they were in town we went on a few adventures.
Adventure 1: Visit the Inca Exhibit. I have a dream to hike the Inca Trail in Peru and see Machu Picchu with my own eyes. So I was PUMPED to see this exhibit, as you can tell...

I got extra excited when I saw Machu Picchu in the stairs outside the exhibit!

Alas, the exhibit was lame. Everything was explained in Korean and the only cool artifact was Pizzaro's (the explorer) sword. Otherwise it was little pots and this:

One day I'll have a legit picture of this from the real Machu Picchu.

Adventure 2: Middle Eastern Food. It was my first time! We got humus and shish kabobs (which I didn't even know what a real shish kabob was). So good!

Adventure 3: Going to the super shady looking "Red Door" foreigner market. It literally was this hidden store with no signage that sold foreign foods (like poptarts). I felt like we were doing something illegal...and the door wasn't red.

Adventure 4: Have a Co-Mo (Columbia, Missouri) love fest with the Patton's and the
Stewarts. We ate good food and had a great time hanging out.

The Stewart Kids...Meet Lia and Zach. We celebrated Zach's bday with a Cold Stone cake!
