There are elections in Korea right now and it's shown us a new side of Korea...political propaganda CRAZINESS. Politicians put up giant ads (seriously, they're gigantic), there are chants and songs over loud speakers around town, trucks with huge video screens playing movies as they drive, and my favorite--trucks with loud speakers and people dancing to political songs in the back as they drive around town. It really is quite different. Here's a video that my friend, Kim Lozano, took outside of Homeplus (grocery store) to give you a taste of what we've been experiencing.
