Easter Saturday

Since Gramps has to fly on Sunday we decided to celebrate Easter on Saturday with Bonnie's family.  We were somehow able to convince Everett to wear a hat and suspenders for a little bit.  We thought the product was super cute.

Granny, Gramps, James, and Jennifer put together a great set of baskets and an egg hunt.

The loot

Uncle James hid his eggs far and wide so E had to make a trip to Granny's garden.

And then E had to run off to the woods to get the rest.

Asher even got in on the action a bit.

Our best attempt at a family photo.  If only Asher was looking.

After the hunt at Granny and Gramp's house we headed to Platte County High School for their egg hunt.  The high school divided up the eggs by ages so E had a good shot at a lot of loot. It was a great time!

The only bummer about the hunt was they had kids line up to get the eggs and then made them wait for 10 to 15 minutes.  Everett was not feeling patient so Gramps helped him out.

Getting down to business.
It was a great day with family and Everett in particular had a great time.  Happy Easter!
